Frequently asked questions
Which payment methods can we offer?
TWINT, credit cards, payment by invoice and, on request, PostFinance. We'll discuss which providers suit you during our call, as the fees vary with turnover.
Can we add products ourselves?
Yes. You manage products, prices, images and stock yourself. For larger ranges, we import your products from a list at launch.
Do we need our own platform or is Shopify enough?
Either can work. We recommend the solution that fits your range, budget and ongoing fees, and tell you up front what the monthly costs will be.
