Websites and software for retail
Retailers need two things online: customers should be able to find the shop and, where it makes sense, buy online too. Glavento builds a website with your range, opening hours and directions, or an online shop with TWINT, card and invoice. Stock and orders can be linked to a CRM or ERP, so your shop and your online shop always show the same stock.

Frequently asked questions
Does every shop need an online shop?
Not necessarily. For many shops, a website with an overview of the range, opening hours and contact details is enough. An online shop pays off if your products are easy to ship or your customers want to reserve online and collect in store.
How do we keep stock levels in the shop and online in sync?
The simplest way is a shared system that both the till and the online shop are connected to. Every sale then reduces the stock in one place. Without that link, stock has to be reconciled by hand, which is error-prone with lots of items.
What obligations apply to a Swiss online shop?
An online shop needs clear information on the seller's identity and contact address, prices including VAT, transparent shipping costs and a privacy policy under the revFADP. General terms and conditions covering delivery, returns and warranty are common and recommended. Additional rules may apply to deliveries to the EU.
