CRM and ERP
A CRM manages your customers, enquiries and quotes; an ERP manages your orders, stock and invoices. We build both around the way you work, to replace Excel lists, notes and emails. It suits SMEs that are losing track of customers and orders or entering the same data twice.

Frequently asked questions
Why not use off-the-shelf software?
Off-the-shelf software often works well, and we recommend it when it covers your processes. Custom software pays off if you need features that don't exist in that form, or if you're paying for a lot you don't use.
Can we bring over our Excel data?
Yes. We import customers, products and open orders from your spreadsheets at launch.
Are CRM and ERP available separately?
Yes. Many SMEs start with customer management and add stock and invoicing later.
